THINGPLE 炘璞智能科技

TECHNOLOGY

Hardware, verification
and a data platform.

How Thingple captures physical data, checks it, and turns it into a foundation for practical AI.

HARDWARE

Engineered for
chemical plants.

Proprietary hardware that works in explosion-risk zones, on wooden pallets, on metal racks and in cold storage.

Proprietary IP

Smart forklift kit

Upgrades existing forklifts into mobile intelligent terminals.

Two explosion-proof edge-intelligent readers with matching antennas and a tablet display, mounted on a bracket made for each forklift and powered from the forklift. Read distances are commissioned on site: no false reads, no missed reads.

Ex-proof option

Multi-modal handheld

One device for barcodes, QR codes and RFID.

Explosion-proof and standard versions, pre-installed with Thingple WMS. Check locations, bind tags to pallets, initialize and rewrite tags, and help workers count, organize and transfer stock. Every operation is recorded for traceability.

Built for chemicals

Chemical-grade tags

Labels and tags built for pallets, drums, racks and floors.

Pallet labels with adhesive that stays on wooden pallets, drum labels, anti-metal rack tags, reusable magnetic tags, and buried floor tags with at least a 3-year life that also show a forklift’s location and direction.

Edge to cloud

Edge gateway & IoT

Connects equipment, sensors and assets to the platform.

Edge-intelligence gateways, RFID edge analytics kits, smart sensors and asset-tracking IoT boxes bring equipment data and environmental readings such as water, power, gas and steam into the same record.

HARDWARE ON THE FORKLIFT

Fitted to the forklifts
you already run.

No new vehicles. A bracket made for each forklift holds the kit, and the forklift powers it.

BASF-YPC Nanjing: how the forklift reads and uploads
  1. Tablet displayIn the cab, connected to the processor. Shows the pick or putaway task, and turns green when the location is right and red when it is wrong.
  2. Two explosion-proof readersOne of them also holds the processor that runs Thingple software on the forklift and cleans data at the edge. Both sit on a bracket made for each forklift, powered from it.
  3. Forward antennaReads the RFID tags on pallets in front of the forks as goods are picked up.
  4. Underbelly antennaReads tags buried in the floor to find the forklift’s location and driving direction, such as entering or leaving the warehouse.
  1. Goods are read and uploaded

When a pallet is picked up, the antenna reads its RFID label and the stock data is received and uploaded to the system.

  2. Location is checked

Floor tags confirm where the forklift is. The screen shows green at the right location and red at the wrong one.

THE TECHNOLOGY THAT CONNECTS IT

Physical ID.
Virtual SMART ID.
One connected history.

Raw materials can be identified with RFID before processing. When materials A, B and C enter a reactor, they are transformed into a new material. SMART ID maintains a virtual identity throughout this process, connecting formulation inputs, actual process conditions and quality results. The finished product can then be tagged with RFID and traced back to how it was made.

01

Connect the formulation inputs

Identify raw materials A, B and C, using RFID where they are tagged, and link their identities and formulation to a virtual production record.

02

Track the process with SMART ID

Connect actual feeding and reactor conditions to the virtual record as materials are transformed. RFID does not track the material inside the reactor.

03

Link the quality results

Associate inspection results with the resulting production batch and its process history.

04

Tag the finished goods

Link the finished product’s RFID identity to its SMART ID record, so it can be traced back to its inputs, processing and quality results.

UHF RFID vs. paper barcodes

A barcode is scanned one at a time. RFID reads hundreds of tags in a second, so counting stock can be 100× faster, and every item is identified on its own.

Paper barcodesUHF RFID
Read capacityOne tag at a timeHundreds at once: up to about 200 tags per second
Read rangeA few inches to a few feetUp to 40 ft (fixed reader) · 20 ft (handheld)

SMART ID: five design principles

How every record stays specific, measurable, actual, relevant and time-bound.

  1. S

    Specific

Every data point links to the smallest unit: batch, pallet or SKU.

  2. M

    Measurable

Collect every measurable value, wherever it is possible.

  3. A

    Actual

Actual data, because recipe ≠ feeding and settings ≠ real parameters.

  4. R

    Relevant

Connects your existing knowledge base and matches related data and processes.

  5. T

    Time-bound

A time-series database stamps every step and every data point.

WEIGHT-BASED DOUBLE VERIFICATION

The last physical line of defense:
goods · weight · code

Before material enters the production line, RFID and a smart scale confirm that the goods, their weight and their code all agree.

  1. 1Goods receipt / samplingIncoming binding zone
  2. 2Label and bind RFID tagIncoming binding zone
  3. 3Weight double verificationSmart scale reads UID and weighs; encoded once specs pass
  4. 4Putaway at recommended locationForklift identifies and locks the location automatically
  5. 5FIFO and counting in the warehouseReal-time dashboard, one-click counting
  6. 6Guided retrievalDriven by material requisition or work order
  7. 7Outbound re-weighingSecondary UID-and-weight check
  8. 8Release to production lineReleased only when everything matches
TRADITIONAL APPROACH
  • Labels are checked against work orders by eye
  • Similar materials are easily confused
  • Weight is not verified in real time
  • Errors surface only after material is on the line, at great cost
THINGPLE SOLUTION
  • Scale antennas read the pallet’s RFID UID automatically
  • The scale compares the UID’s expected weight with the measured weight
  • Consistent: released to the line
  • Deviation: instant alarm and interception
